Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more. The qualifying subtotal is calculated before applicable taxes and after discounts.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. The options available for your order, along with estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided based on carrier information and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Area

Oak & Orbit currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.
